Overview

Cedar Point is one of the premier amusement parks in the country and considered the roller coaster capital of the world. In 2012, Audio Design Solutions was brought in to renovate the audio public address system and to design and build a large concert system. This first year we planned the design for a very large system to be implemented over the next 6 years. The design included sound systems for three roller coasters and a water park, with a total of 50 audio zones over the entire 364-acre park. The system is controlled from the audio control room and can be remotely monitored to allow technicians to make adjustments with an iPad from any location.
